Enter the world of the deaf. The moving story of a sensitive and caring teacher at a school for the deaf who falls in love with an ex-student. Their struggles to change each other and ultimately to accept each others worlds. This Tony Award-winning play will open a whole new world of understanding for the hearing audience and says volumes about communication in any language.

A beloved and celebrated tradition returns! After a ten year absence, the Walterdale Melodrama is back... and it's not the only thing rising from the grave! Walterdale's legendary ghosts take centre stage in this thrilling and uproarious tale of a hapless community theatre beset by spectres. Stirring up the supernatural shenanigans are hapless heroes, vile villains, and more ham and cheese than a sandwich factory. Black Hearts in the Green Room is a world premiere, written especially for Walterdale's 50th Anniversary Season.
